1. How Our AI Assistant Works

2. What Our AI Assistant Will Not Do

• It will not provide information it is not confident about (it will say so instead).
• It will not retain or use your conversations to train any AI model.
• It will not provide legal, financial, or medical advice.
• It will not act autonomously on your behalf without your confirmation.

3. Human Handoff

When the AI assistant cannot resolve your query, it will offer to log a support ticket or connect you with a human team member. No query is silently dropped.
